Body Scrubs and Exfoliants: Simpler Than You Think
A good body scrub only needs two things: something coarse and something nourishing. That's it. No mystery. No fancy jar. No beauty-counter drama. And honestly? Once you make your first batch, you will wonder what took you so long.
Sea salt, coffee grounds, brown sugar, ground walnuts, ground almonds, or granulated sugar can all do the job. Vanilla adds aroma and antioxidant support, while the combination enhances relaxation and elevates the whole sensory experience.
And do not overlook your spice cabinet, because that is where some of the best scents are hiding. Essential oils come in wonderful warming varieties like ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, but the ground versions sitting in your pantry right now work just as beautifully stirred straight into your scrub.
